Trinity Memorial Gardens was established in 1960.  Unlike many cemeteries throughout Virginia and the United States that have been purchased by large corporations, we are locally, family owned.  Additionally, unlike the conglomerates, we can immediately respond to the needs of our families.  We place premium value on maintaining a beautiful cemetery.   We are the only state licensed perpetual care cemetery in a five county area.

Trinity is in a beautiful, rural setting away from the hustle and bustle of ever expanding development.  Once a working farm and later a plant nursery, you will see that we have preserved many of the original farm structures; the tobacco barn, smoke house and even the office that is connected to the original farmhouse county records show was built in 1840.  The beautiful surroundings of Trinity are only part of how we provide you with comfort and security. Our perpetual care fund ensures that your family's burial estate will be maintained forever.

At Trinity, we take great pride in caring for our families, and we work tirelessly to provide you with a beautiful final resting place that provides a place of reflection and remembrance.  Trinity Memorial Gardens is multicultural and non-denominational.

A sampling of our services are listed below. Please call us at 434-392-3008 so we can help you through this process.

Garden of Honor for Veteran and First Responders

We are please to announce the opening of our newest garden, The Garden of Honor.  Trinity is pleased to provide a complimentary space to any honorably discharged U.S. military veteran.  In addition, we provide spaces for police, fire and rescue personal.  Spaces are available for spouses as well as children.  Pay only the one time, state required perpetual care fee of $109.00 for the veteran or first responder space. Now is a great time to reserve your space.  Please call our office at 434-392-3008 for more information.

Pre-construction Mausoleum

Trinity is now offering pre-construction savings in our new mausoleum complex.  Once complete, this mausoleum will have spaces for 300 and a chapel to provide comfortable visitation for families regardless of the weather.  When compared to ground burial, many people find this option to cost about the same as ground burial.  Payment plans are available with our in-house financing.  Call our office for more information.

Ordering Flowers

We make it easy for friends and family to send flowers to your home or service to honor your loved one. We have partnered with local florists to offer the convenience of ordering directly from the obituary page of our website. You can also use this feature to select the flowers you would like at the service. This is a secure way to choose beautiful arrangements from the privacy and comfort of your home.

Sharing Service Details

We reduce the stress of contacting those who need the details of the service for your loved one. We post the dates and times of the service as part of the online memorial on our website. You can then either share the memorial on your Facebook or Twitter page or copy the details from the site into an email or text. Both options give you the peace of mind that you have provided the necessary information to those who need it.
