Nadi Druscilla Reid Randolph gracefully departed this world on September 14, 2023, in the
tranquil surroundings of Midlothian, Virginia. She was born on June 19, 1969 to the late Fred
William Reid and Nancy Jane Reid-Brown in Farmville, VA. She was vivacious with boundless
joy and laughter, which she bestowed upon those fortunate enough to know her. Her vibrant
nature was a blend of generosity, humor, kindness, and love, underscored by her indomitable
spirit. Nadi was one of a kind with a touch of elegance & sophistication, possessed a heart of
pure gold and wit as sharp as her impressive style.
At an early age, Nadi accepted Jesus as her Lord & Savior and was baptized at First Baptist
Church, where she joined and stayed in fellowship throughout her life. She actively participated
in youth axillaries including the Junior Usher Board, Youth & Young Adult Choirs, and the
Sunbeams, of which she was a proud member.
Nadi was a 1987 graduate of Prince Edward County High School, where she demonstrated her
athletic prowess by excelling in the areas of Marching Band (majorette), Basketball,
Cross-Country, and Track & Field. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Business
Operations from Devry Institute of Technology in 1991. Nadi's unwavering determination drove
her to pursue a Master of Business Administration from Strayer University in 2007, where she
graduated with distinction, Magna Cum Laude.
On July 27
th 2014, she married Edward Lee Randolph, whom she referred to as “her soulmate”.
They subsequently joined Mt.Gilead Full Gospel International Ministries in 2016.
Nadi had an exceptional career spanning nearly two decades as she ascended to the role of
Project Control Engineer then Project Control Manager of GE Power Service/Legacy Alstom
Power Inc.; her expertise and perseverance illuminated her path. She played a pivotal role in
overseeing multimillion-dollar projects during the historic merger between Alstom and GE. She
was a luminary in her field.
Nadi lived life to the fullest, enjoyed traveling with her husband, spending time with her family,
and watching sci-fi movies. Her infectious laughter spread joy and cheer to many.
Nadi's radiant spirit, zest for life, compassion and love will be treasured in the hearts of
all she touched. Let us keep her legacy of kindness, love and compassion. Nadi, your
legacy will forever shine bright!
