Pastor Novey W. Wiley Sr., age 75, of Farmville died Tuesday.  He was the Pastor of Spirit of Life Church of God in Christ in Farmville and the host of the Brother Novey Wiley Gospel Program, that broadcast every Sunday morning for 31 years on WFLO. A funeral service will be held Saturday, May 30th, at 11 a.m. at the Sharon Baptist Church in Farmville with interment in the Trinity Memorial Gardens, Rice. The body will lie in state one hour prior to the service. Public viewing will be Thursday from 10 am – 7 pm and Friday from 10 am – 5 pm at the funeral home, with a wake Friday from 6:30 – 8 pm at Spirit of Life Church of God in Christ at 308 S. VA Street in Farmville. Streaming will be available for the Wake and Celebration of Life. Public seating will be limited per social distancing rules of the State. Masks are required for entry.
