Norris Chilton McCormick, 89, of Crewe, passed away, Tuesday, November 20, 2018.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years John E. McCormick, who passed away April 3, 2016. Surviving are her children: Janice McCormick Tinkle, Judy McCormick, and John McCormick, Jr. (Cindy), grandchildren: Ashley Williams, Elizabeth Sokol, Matthew Perry, Joshua Perry and Kessley Horton, 7 great-grandchildren also survive.

Norris was a fabulous and much-loved mother and grandmother, she had a kind and generous heart and she will be greatly missed by family and her many friends.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M., Friday, November 23, 2018, from Jennings-McMillian Funeral Chapel, 200 W. Carolina Ave., Crewe, VA 23930 with Dr. Sean Lee officiating, interment will follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens in Rice.
