Freeda Moles Bolt, 97 of Farmville, VA passed away on March 5, 2019. She was born on May 13, 1921, to the late Simon James Moles and Cora Weeks Moles. She was born in Floyd County, VA where she married Glen Kyle Bolt and later moved to Farmville, VA. She loved to garden, can, and cook especially at the yearly cattle round-up for everyone that helped on Poplar Hill Farm, (currently The Manor Golf Course in Farmville). She is survived by her daughter Katie Mae Bolt, her son Nelson Harry Bolt (Marsha), one sister Kathleen Moles Webb. She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers, and sisters and her husband Glen H. Bolt. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2019, at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Puckett Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Trinity Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12:00Noon until the time of service.
