Erna Clements Daye, 92 of Rice, VA passed away peacefully on her birthday, August 12, 2024. She was born on August 12, 1932 to the late Clyde and Flora Franklin White.

Her favorite things were gardening, growing flowers, scrapbooking, crafting and bird watching. She enjoyed the outdoors and being in nature.

She was preceded in death by her first husband Robert L. Clements and her second husband V. Ray Daye.

She is survived by her 2 children; Connie (Monte) Biggs and Larry (Lynn) Clements. Also 4 grandson's Kendall, Chris, Wade and Brad as well as 4 great grandchildren.

The family will hold a visitation on Wednesday, August 14, from 6:00 – 8:00PM at Puckett Funeral Home 115 Covington CT, Farmville, VA. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 15, at 11:00AM in the chapel of Puckett Funeral Home with interment to follow at Trinity Memorial Gardens
