Doris May Hollomon, age 97, of Crewe, Virginia, passed away Sunday, May 18, 2025. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Doris Bienvenu; and her husband, Joseph Dunford Hollomon. She is survived by her sons, Ed Hollomon of Crewe, Virginia, Joseph Hollomon (Jane) of Point Pleasant, New Jersey, and Barry Hollomon (Marlene) of Irmo, South Carolina; five grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren; and her close friends, Lowry and Linda Staylor.

Mrs. Hollomon was a member of the Crewe United Methodist Church, and a member of the Crewe United Methodist Women. She loved her church, and her church family.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 P.M. – 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at the Hamner-McMillian Funeral Home, 1400 South Main Street, Blackstone, Virginia, where services will be held, 1:00 P.M., in the chapel. Interment, will follow the services, in Trinity Memorial Gardens, 22482 Prince Edward Highway, Rice, Virginia.
