Celeste A. Lowe, 47, of Powhatan, died October 1, 2012. She is survived by her husband, Eddie H. Lowe; son, Kevin Pallett, Jr. of Powhatan; step-children, Amber Lowe, Hunter Lowe; maternal grandmother, Marjorie Miller; aunt, Jean Winn both of Mississippi; brother Charles Tibbs, Jr. of Arizona; sister, Geneva Salter of Powhatan; three nieces and three nephews; and one granddaughter, Savannah Pallett. The family will receive friends Friday from 6 to 8 pm at the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy. (Rt. 60), Powhatan, and where funeral services will be held Saturday 11 am. Interment Trinity Memorial Gardens, Rice, Va. 1:30 pm.
