ALICE ANN GLOVER, daughter of the late Ann Cleo Glover, was born on November 7, 1955 in Meridian, Mississippi. God called her home for eternal rest on December 26, 2021. When the family moved to Virginia, she continued her education in the school system of Nottoway County. She graduated from Nottoway Senior High School in 1974. For the past 22 years and 11 months, Alice had been employed by Piedmont Geriatric Hospital until the time of earthly departure. Alice was baptized at an early age. She was a faithful member of the Yielding Zion Baptist Church in Burkeville. She was such a giving, compassionate and thoughtful woman. Her faith was at the center of her life. "Unspeakable Joy" was one of her favorite songs and Christmas was her favorite holiday. She leaves to cherish precious memories uncles, Arlice Ross and Harry Bowler, Sr.; cousins, Celia Miller, Venisha Bowler, Jennifer Knight Faulkner (Steve), Tonya Bowler Owens (Manquel), Tommy Bowler, Candice Jefferson (Joseph), Eviana Owens, and Elaina Owens; special friends, JoAnn, Ruby and June; friends, church family, and co-workers.
